We provide:
Local and long-distance moving (within California)
Packing and unpacking
Junk removal
Specialty item handling (e.g., safes, pianos, appliances)
Estimates
Estimates are based on provided information
Final cost may vary based on actual conditions, time, and items moved
Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments
Payments are processed securely via Square
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure your booking
Deposits are applied toward the final bill
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
Approved cancellations may qualify for refunds depending on timing
📦 Damage & Liability Policy
Coverage
We offer Full Value Protection, meaning:
We will repair, replace, or compensate for damaged items
Claims
Damage must be reported within 7 days of the move
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted
Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Items packed by the customer
Hazardous or prohibited items
